They always called me mouthy.
Â
And I was.
Too loud. Too much. Too opinionated.
Always ready to tell someone off in my family, at a job, anywhere, really.Â
Too sensitive. Too angry. Too much feeling.Â
Too something.
Even when it got me into trouble, I knew one thing:
I had a mouth — I might as well use it.
And then I learned it’s even better when I pick up a pen and write what my mouth wants to say.Â
It’s way more permanent, imprinted, vibrating. As much as the written word isn’t as old as the voice herself, we got it, we might as well use it.

MOUTH is a five-part writing workshop for anyone who’s ever been told to quiet down — and knew better.
It’s for the ones who feel the truth lodged in their throats, the words buried in their bellies. Who don’t have the spaces to say — or write into— what they want, what they know to be true.Â
It’s for those of us who understand that the voice isn’t just in the throat —
but in the gut,
in the womb,
in the hip, thighs, assÂ
In this space, we don’t just speak.
We channel. We become portals for any voice we want to become, to bring through.Â
We tap the mouth at the top of the body — yes —the one on our gorgeous and terrifying faces.Â
but also the one that kisses the earth, speaks to the ground.Â
the one that opens into mystery, to the underworld.Â
the mouth of the divine feminine, of holy knowing, of raw creation.
Â
(Ok in plain words your pussy is your mouth too, what does she have to say?)

WHAT TO EXPECT
We gather for 4 weeks in a row, take a week to breathe, and return for a final session.
Each meeting is approx. 2 hours.
You’ll receive:
- Stories to stir the spirit
- Writing prompts to unlock the wild
- Somatic & oracular practices to open the channel
- Time to write, share, and write again — in community
You’ll leave with pages that matter, words that burn, spells you didn’t know you carried. Feel free to write lists, letters, incantations, spells, recipes, poems, prose, weird wild things that will bring beauty and truth to your world.Â
And for those who wish — your work will be gathered into a community PDF zine: a collection of poems, drawings, incantations, and truths born in MOUTH — to put on your shelf, to remind you of what came through, to share with friends.
This is not just a writing class.
It’s a reclamation.
A resurrection.
A return to your fierce, true voice.
Come as you are.
Leave with your mouth full of meaning, or empty, and paper full of yourself. It’s the place to be totally full of yourself. Nice and mouthy.
